Like you, we are monitoring the latest news about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and following the CDC guidelines as well as city requirements. We are putting into action certain precautions to protect our client’s that are in diverse demographics as well as our employees.

We respectfully ask for your cooperation to keep yourself, our employees, and the community safe. We have implemented the following guidelines to reduce risk as much as possible.

When we are performing your services, we ask that you:

1) Stay at least 6 feet away from our staff.

2) Our staff should only deal with ONE person to explain the service that will be conducted.

3) For our contract facilities, if possible, vacate or remove your tenants from the property or instruct them to step outside and stay clear from the area where work is being performed.

4) Do not hover or shadow our employees while performing the work.

5) If you are sick or have been asked to be in quarantine by doctors, the city, or traveled from hot spots, please let us know, in order to take extra precautions.

Our employees are concerned about the pandemic and the effect it has on our community. If in any case, our employees evaluate the work conditions and realize that theirs, or our client’s well-being is put at risk, or our guidelines are not or cannot be met, we have given them the right to refuse service.
